At Diamond Bar we want to serve the public offering what is most convenient to them. We understand
that our customers may not be able to visit or even find time to call City Hall during office hours.
That's why we also offer alternate communication options such as online services. The "At Your Service"
system allows you to submit requests for service, questions, and comments any time, regardless of
whether or not City Hall offices are open. You can also check the status of a request at
your convenience, whether it's via City Staff, automated telephone service, or online.
